1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Services and Quotes

SparkleClean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. All quotes provided through our online forms or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by you. The final price may be adjusted upon visual inspection of the property by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of the property poses a health or safety risk to our team.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, a cancellation fee may apply. If our team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, a lockout fee will be charged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring services, we require a credit card on file to be automatically billed after each service is completed.

5. Damages and Liability

Our staff takes the utmost care when cleaning your home. However, accidents can happen. SparkleClean is fully insured. If any damage occurs during the cleaning process, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service date. We will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged item. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the actual cash value of the damaged item, whichever is less.

6. License

Unless otherwise stated, SparkleClean and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SparkleClean. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from SparkleClean for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from SparkleClean
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from SparkleClean
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from SparkleClean

7. Modifications

SparkleClean may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
